About Shah Labs

Built for the businesses the big firms ignore.

I started Shah Labs because I kept seeing the same mistake: business owners would hear about AI and immediately ask “what can I replace?” That's the wrong question. It leads to worse service, frustrated staff, and savings that never materialize. The right question is “what can I take off my team's plate?” Automate the repetitive work and your people get their time back. Quality goes up, not down.

I grew up in a small business family, so I know what it costs to fall behind. That's a big part of why I do this. I spent years as a Data Analyst before completing a Master's in Computer Science with an AI specialization and published research in the field.
