Who we are

Shah Labs is a solo AI consulting practice based in Chicago, IL, operated by Sayuj Shah. This policy covers shahlabs.org and any services we provide through this site. Questions? Email hello@shahlabs.org.

We collect information only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Business name and description
• Any details you include in your message

We also collect standard analytics data automatically via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: pages visited, time on site, browser type, and general geographic location (city/country level). This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.

How we use your information

Contact form submissions are used exclusively to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Schedule and conduct a discovery call
• Follow up on a potential project

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

How we store your information

Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend (an email delivery service) to a private email inbox. They are stored in email only and are not entered into any third-party CRM or marketing platform without your knowledge.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. These services may set cookies and collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Your rights
