Quotly is an Android app for contractors who spend too much time on paperwork. Describe a job and get a full quote back in seconds: labor, parts, and local tax included. It was built for the tradespeople who are great at their craft but did not get into the business to write estimates.
What it does
AI-Powered Quote Generation
Type a job description in plain English and GPT-4o-mini returns a complete estimate: labor hours, required materials with specific product names, and pricing. The model runs three parallel completions and uses confidence scoring to pick the most accurate result.
Automatic Tax Calculation
Quotly validates the job address and looks up the correct sales tax rate for that city and state. The AI folds the tax into the final total automatically. No manual lookups, no rounding guesses.
Conversational Quote Revisions
Scope change mid-job? Describe the update in a message and the AI revises the quote in context. It retains the original estimate as history and only adjusts what changed.
Per-Contractor Labor Rates
Each user sets their own hourly rate and the AI uses it in every estimate. The model never falls back to industry averages. Every quote prices your work the way you actually price it.
